About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Sr. Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales organization by driving operational efficiency, supporting complex sales cycles, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and internal processes. You will work closely with Sales, Contracts, Finance, and Program Management teams to drive operational efficiency, maintain accurate orders & pipeline data, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee Order Fulfillment & Forecast Impact: Manage incoming product and service orders, ensuring accurate reflection in sales forecasts and alignment with customer delivery expectations.
- Coordinate Product Build Requests: Generate internal purchase requisitions to initiate and support product spec builds, keeping operations on track and on time.
- Monitor Production Time Fences: Track critical production time fences to ensure timely release of product specifications to the shop floor, preventing delays in manufacturing schedules.
- Lead Global Demonstration Logistics: Plan and execute worldwide demonstrations of our products, coordinating across teams to ensure successful setup, shipment, and performance in support of strategic business development.
- Support Budgeting & Forecasting: Estimate and track project budgets to support approval workflows and provide accurate monthly budget forecasts for demo and sales-related initiatives.
- Update CRM Systems: Work with the Business Development team to keep CRM data accurate and up to date, including opportunity and demonstration data
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a central point of contact between Sales and key departments - including Engineering, Logistics, Compliance, Bids & Proposals, Contracts, Program Management, and Demand Planning—to help keep projects on track and ensure timely order acceptance.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, process consistency, and overall sales support effectiveness.
Required Capabilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint (MS Office)
- Strong organizational skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload

Desired Education and Experiences
- Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
