Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $21/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with overtime as needed
Type: Full-Time Consultant (6 Months) This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Shape the Future of FlightPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Painter to join our team, partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer at the forefront of engineering excellence. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure that high-quality finishes meet exacting industry standards, directly contributing to the production of advanced aerospace components used around the world.
What You’ll DoOperate painting tools, measuring devices, and spray booth systems with minimal supervision.
Perform routine and continuous painting operations for military, commercial, and dry film parts.
Read and follow work orders and standard procedures to complete paint functions accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
Identify and address potential safety hazards while contributing improvement ideas.
Ensure top-quality finishes and compliance with NADCAP operations.
Support production by performing other related tasks and participating in overtime as needed.
What You BringRequired:
High School Diploma or GED
0–1 year of experience in a paint shop or manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Basic mechanical, computer, and shop math skills
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and perform repetitive motion safely
Preferred:
Experience masking, hanging, powder coating, and inspecting parts
Familiarity with quality criteria for surface appearance
Strong teamwork and attention to detail

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
