TERM: Part Time Temporary
COMPENSATION: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Deliver warm, confident, and genuine guest service from first interaction to farewell
- Guide guests through the menu with strong product knowledge (food, wine, beer, spirits)
- Anticipate guest needs and create a smooth, well-paced dining experience
- Manage your section efficiently while supporting the team as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality mindset — you care about the guest experience, not just taking orders
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a high-volume environment
- Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
- Solid menu and beverage knowledge (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Team player who steps in where needed without being asked
- High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
Requirement:
- Serving It Right certification (required)
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant (preferred)
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
