Job Purpose

To effectively manage passenger sales targets and spaneting goals, it’s important to oversee trade and corporate relationships through regular sales visits. Monitoring sales operations in line with company policies and assisting in the development of value-added products will help optimize revenue. Guiding the daily activities of field sales staff ensures satisfactory performance and smooth operations. It’s crucial to implement and communicate product and promotional plans. Regularly preparing sales reports and tracking spanet trends will keep the Head Office informed. Additionally, reviewing the sales performance of travel agents and GSAs ensures business potential is maximized, and collaboration with spaneting departments supports a well-integrated sales strategy.

As a Sales Manager at Emirates Airlines, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and spanet share within a designated region or segment. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities

You will lead a team of sales executives, monitor spanet trends, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure service excellence and alignment with corporate objectives. A strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and deep understanding of the aviation or travel industry are essential for success in this role.

Qualification

Candidates must possess a university degree and a minimum of five years of experience in passenger sales within a highly competitive airline travel spanet is required, with at least three years in a management capacity. The candidate must possess exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A proven track record in the development, implementation, and oversight of budgets is required. Candidates must possess a valid local driving license. Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
