AIRBUS Technology Development & Partnerships is seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual to contribute to the future of aerospace and our commitment to lead the decarbonization of aviation.
RESPONSABILITIES:
This role offers a unique perspective on the current challenges within the Engineering organization, particularly in managing collaborative projects with public funding.

The successful applicant will support the Technology Managers by:
Ensuring partnership governance, including tracking and following up on planning, risks and opportunities (R&O), deliverables, and financial control across projects.
Improving and implementing project management and development processes throughout the R&T community.
Scouting new technological trends and potential partners in disruptive technologies such as Zero Emissions, Advanced Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, and Simulation.
Staying up-to-date on new trends and techniques applicable to the project management role.
This is a challenging role that covers a wide and interesting portfolio of new and incremental developments.
SKILLS:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Organization), Physics or Maths.
- English: negotiation level.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge in finance.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- High Level of motivation.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
