With our blended training programme, youll be able to confidently recommend and sell holidays, ensuring our customers have the best store experience! Our training kicks off with our ‘First Dates’ induction day at our flagship head office in Crawley. This is followed by a three-week training programme, which is a combination of classroom, virtual and in-store training.

• Previous experience of working within the airline, travel or tourism industry is desirable
• Dedication to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and relationship management
• Proven experience of overcoming challenges within a constantly evolving environment – no two days will be the same
• Strong passion and curiosity for luxury travel, with a drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends and offerings
• Flexibility to work various shifts in line with customer demand, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

If successful through the screening stage of your application, youll be invited to complete our online video assessment. The final stage of the process will be an invitation to attend an in-person interview in-store.
