Description
JOB SUMMARY:
To prepare a variety of routed materials for next operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and stage composite, wood, and aluminum panels for CNC operations.
Process material post machining process by removing excess edge material, apply plastic-based filler to all edges, and return parts to CNC for final machine process.
Use epoxies for assembly work.
Kit panels after final CNC operations.
Utilize hand and power tools including a panel saw to perform cutting, sanding, and filling operations.
Cut and machine hardwood to specifications using large machinery.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification.
EXPERIENCE:
0-6 months of experience in mill, composite, CNC, or related build experience.
