Job Description:
Job Summary: Provide efficient first line of IT support for end-users of the Enterprise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide first level support for the IT helpdesk and provide resolutions to end-user issues
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to find resolutions
Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect issues per established policies and procedures
Utilize excellent customer service skills to minimize end-user downtime
Respond to issues in a timely and efficient manner
Education and Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent job experience
1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Working knowledge of help desk software, remote control and fundamental operations of relevant hardware and other equipment
Proven working experience in providing help desk support
Abilities and Skills:
Strong Microsoft Office skills along with server, desktop
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Troubleshooting computer hardware and software
Printing (local and remote)
VPN setup and operation (client and server)
Outlook/Office 365 Configuration
Strong understanding in area of Technical Support
