Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Suporte e Serviços
Localidade: Itajubá
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 10h às 17h

Principais atividades:

• Auxiliar na interface com clientes via telefone e e-mail;

• Apoiar o fluxo comercial com a abertura de orçamentos;

• Colaborar com a rotina de input de dados e cadastros de materiais;

• Dar suporte ao focal da área em análise de relatórios e follow-up de pedidos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando Administração ou áreas correlatas;

• Inglês Intermediário;

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por 2 anos;

• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Job Description: Support and Services Internship

Location: Itajubá

Format: In-person

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Main activities:

• Assist with customer interactions via phone and email;

• Support business operations by preparing quotes;

• Collaborate with routine data entry and material registration;

• Provide support to the department lead in report analysis and order follow-up.

Required qualifications:

• Currently studying Business Administration or related fields;

• Intermediate English;

• Availability to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for 2 years;
