We are looking for a Junior Financial Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences to our customers.

This position is ideal for an analytical, structured, and proactive individual who understands how to develop financial analyses and profitability models to support strategic business decisions, contributing to the optimization of route network performance and maximizing profitability for the Network Planning and Revenue Management teams.

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Revenue Management, or similar areas.
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Knowledge of airline industry metrics such as RASK, CASK, Yield, and Load Factor (LF).
• Experience preparing financial reports and profitability analyses.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
