The Manufacturing Engineer will impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team and execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
- Optimize manufacturing processes and systems to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production
- Problem-solving, process improvement, and project work, often involving both desk-based tasks and time on the shop floor
- Ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technologies
- Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
- Consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years fundamental programming concepts experience)
