As a CNC Machinist in our prototype shop, you’ll work with cutting-edge equipment and tight tolerances to craft the precision components that power our supersonic vision. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the development of the first commercial aircraft of its kind.

📍Location: Englewood, CO

💵Pay: $40–$50/hr (DOE)

🕒Schedule: Day shift 10-hour shifts, 5 days/week Occasional Saturdays

📅Employment Type :6-month contract with potential for full-time hire

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 5-axis machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings
• Program and optimize CNC machines (G-code/M-code editing)
• Perform in-process and final part inspections using precision tools
• Track production metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with machinists, programmers, and engineers

• Hands-on experience with Mazak or Haas CNC machines (5-axis preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading, setup, and CNC programming skills
• Experience in aerospace, medical, or automotive machining
• Deep understanding of tight tolerances and quality standards
• Skilled in tooling setup, program loading, and G-code troubleshooting
• Proactive problem-solving mindset—spot issues before they escalate
• Familiarity with SPC and lean manufacturing principles
• High school diploma or GED required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
