About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for effective workforce scheduling to meet corporate goals.
Collaborate with regional management to customize national practices for the regions needs.
Analyze workforce data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Manage relationships with labor brokers and contractors, negotiating rates to optimize costs.
Maintain high communication standards to ensure exceptional customer service.
Create jobs, schedule contractors, and manage purchase orders effectively.
Conduct weekly site visits to engage with customers and vendors.
Oversee and manage on-site labor, ensuring the maximum customer experience.
Support program managers and directors in managing labor crews.
Refer potential contractors for recruitment and support training initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven skills in team building, communication, and customer service.
Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and supervisory skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
High school diploma or equivalent education (Bachelors Degree preferred).
Minimum of three years of experience in labor management and AV sales or operations.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive salary range of $68,000 - $80,000.
