Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field and/or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience, with 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Facilities, or Maintenance, including managing critical spare parts inventory.
• 10+ years hands on experience maintaining, fixing and installing large CNC machinery
• 5+ years of Hands-On leadership within a manufacturing environment overseeing, training and mentoring maintenance personnel
• Serviced production equipment including: CNC/CMM/Vertical Lathes/Ovens/Clean Lines/Plant Boilers
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong shop floor presences and partnership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, train and develop direct reports within the shop floor
• Experience of working on complex technical projects and programs in global structure
• Advanced communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Proven structured Problem Solving experience
• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
• Detailed knowledge of Maintenance Systems (CMMS)
Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and machinery.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production and maintenance areas for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to perform occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing (including ladders or stairs) as needed to access equipment.
• Ability to visually inspect equipment, components, and work areas, including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate tools, controls, and computer equipment.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.
