About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Site Construction Manager to join our Site Launch team. This role is based remotely in the US and requires up to 50 travel to various states. This role will support general contractor, vendor and internal processes related to the launch of Wing Nest sites across the US.
The position seeks highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate agility working in areas of ambiguity, start-up or related experience. This candidate will have the ability to create and own processes related to construction vendor management, cross functional reporting and related communications.
What You’ll Do:
- Own construction schedules and vendor coordination for nest site launch
- Assist Senior Launch Managers and sourcing team identify vendors to onboard as we expand to new spanets.
- Track vendor documents to include contracts, work orders, change orders, invoices, lien waivers
- Collaborate with broader Launch team to improve and maintain internal Launch reporting
What You’ll Need:
- 3-6 Years of construction and vendor related experience in the broader commercial construction field
- 2 years in a task ownership or lead role
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, lift and move items weighing up to X pounds as needed to perform job duties
- Ability to be on your feet and move for up to X hours daily as needed to perform job duties
- Ability and willingness to work a [5 or 7] day rotating shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
Salary Range
$91,000—$179,000 USD
