What are your contributions to the team?
- Support and manage WPC Operations in accordance with the BIS WPC Framework
- Be responsible for the WPC capacity per site, provide adjustments as needed to support the business operations, manage escalations
- Be responsible for governing all WPC Standard Operating Procedures
- Be responsible for governing the WPC delivery of IT Services relates to incident and requests within the agreed SLA
- Be responsible for governing WPC Training strategy and improving skills
- Work in collaboration with the Service Delivery Analysts and the Service Delivery Managers to help resolve IT Operational issues, by raising any escalations, or support requirements
- Work in collaboration with the WPC Vendors for daily operations and governance
- Support the WPC Manager for contractual governance and improvements.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have 10+ years’ work experience in IT technical support
- You have a degree or diploma in a relevant field of Technology or relevant experience
- You have ITSM knowledge and experience, with a great understanding of Servicenow reporting
- You have excellent customer service skills with a key focus on helping people
- You have strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn quickly in a changing environment
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
