Program Manager III (Onsite - W2 - No C2C)

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Program Manager for an opportunity in Dam Neck, Virginia. Candidates must hold an active Secret US security clearance.

Work arrangement:

Fully onsite
W2 position; up to six years
Active Secret US security clearance

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Masters level degree in one of the following disciplines: management, engineering, computer science, information systems or business.
Ten (10) years of professional experience in project management.
Five (5) or more years of specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Dept. of the Navy and/or Dept. of Defense programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing cost estimates and executing program budgets
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).
- Demonstrated experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.
- Demonstrated experience supporting US Navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs.
PMP Certification

Required education:

Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business, and 10 years of experience (preferred)
OR, Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience
PMP certification is required
