The manager will coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations, including maintenance, customer service, and logistics. Additionally, the role involves managing a team of aviation professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performance. Ultimately, the Outstation Base Manager is pivotal in enhancing the overall customer experience and operational success of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&39;s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with regulatory compliance in aviation operations.
  • Certification in aviation safety management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations at the outstation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
