Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution of contracts, maximizing benefits and opportunities:

• Create and execute an integrated plan to meet Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget, including margin expansion initiatives

• Define, update and monitor budget, business plan, economics, financials, program and contract KPI (OTD, VoC, etc)

• Actively identify and manage risks and keep risk register update

• Execute activities to address customer concerns to maximize Customer satisfaction

• Lead the interfunctional Program Team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.)

• Flow-down the contract requirements and the Customer demand to GSC

• Drive the Program Control Board and the Configuration Management meetings

• Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customers needs through the negotiations and until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting

• Support the preparation of program reviews with Customer, in accordance with the contractual and customer expectations

• Monitor the program progress (reporting relevant KPIs, EV etc.) at the operating rhythm (WOR, MOR, QMI, Cash Flow, etc)

• Prepare and archive the documentation sent to the Customer (PO acceptance, official letters, cost sheets)

• Establish regular communication pattern, keeping Program Director, team and Customers informed about program status, significant developments and business issues

Qualifications/Requirements

• Engineering bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (Industrial/Management)

• Sense of urgency in dealing with complex issues and tasks

• Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a matrix team/organization

• Excellent collaboration, organizational and change agent skills

• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English

• Willingness and ability to travel for meetings

• Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience
