Arconic is currently in search of an IT Applications Project Manager to join our Kawneer Business in Norcross, GA. This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days in office.

Reporting to the IT PMO Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the development, implementation and delivery of large and complex ERP and Application projects within a predetermined budget, scope, and schedule without falling short on high quality standards.

In this role, you will:

• Lead projects from original concept through final implementation while achieving the desired business results.
• Work within a Scrum environment to plan and deliver incremental software in defined sprints.
• Manage the backlog, facilitating meetings, and coaching the Agile process will be involved on a day-to-day level.
• Identify areas where we can improve delivery, increase velocity, and have a better overall user experience.
• Facilitate team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review / Demo, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Promote adherence to Agile software development best practices and acts as an Agile coach to the project team.
• Conduct ongoing IT audit tests as part of organization’s risk management protocols.
• Mitigate potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and share progress reports, and key metrics (KPIs) with senior management.

• Solid understanding of PMO tools and methodologies.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges.

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT Application Project Management, including hands-on delivery of projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, and the MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of JIRA

• Agile certifications (CSM or CSP), PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
