You will report directly to APAC Director Global Real Estate, and located in Shanghai, China. You will be working for HONEYWELL AEROSPACE.

• Play a key role in lease negotiations to ensure favorable lease agreements that optimize costs and conditions.
• Develop and execute project management plans to ensure real estate projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise the facilities management team to ensure high standards of property maintenance and enhance the work environment for users.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation while maintaining workplace safety and compliance.
• Evaluate and select real estate development and investment opportunities to support the company’s overall business strategy.
• Gather and analyze spanet data, providing insights on leasing spanet trends and opportunities to support the decision-making process.
• Responsible for developing and managing budgets, monitoring project costs, and achieving financial goals.
• Strengthen communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of project requirements and business objectives.

• 6+ years of corporate real estate experience.
• Strong analytical ability and proven track record of successful leadership of teams.
• Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions.
• Extensive influencing and collaborative skills.
• Experience with real estate analytics platforms and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Business, or Management.
• Significant experience with a diverse real estate portfolio.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong level of customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to mentor new team members or peers.
