As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform the following duties: 

• Coordinate day-to-day and shift maintenance and operational requirements
• Train employees, perform repairs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to, tracking inventory, ordering supplies and coordinate storage of supplies
• Prepare monthly work assignments for all Maintenance staff, keep attendance and employee records
• Participate in emergency planning
• Ensure all maintenance staff are trained on the Fire Protection System
• Identify and recommend solutions to technical problems
• Analyze and eliminate malfunctions in the operations
• Handle employee conflicts and participate in New Hire process
• Record and report emergencies
• Perform employee evaluations and changes in job status

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

The ideal Facility Maintenance Supervisor must fulfill the following requirements: 

• High School/GED required
• Associate degree (min 60 credits) required
• English language skills required
• Must have 5-10 years working experience in Facility and MHS Supervision
• Must have a strong understanding of all facility mechanical systems and MHS. Including IT working knowledge including LAN and VLAN
• Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensures budgetary compliance
• Snow removal duties include operation of snowplows, snow blowers and shovels
• On call 24 hours/7 days a week
• Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work shifts
