  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sourcing, negotiation, and project management capabilities across sourcing specialists, category managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and track sourcing performance metrics, including project progress, value delivery, and funnel health.
  • Develop tools and processes for team capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal deployment of sourcing talent.
  • Coach and mentor the sourcing team in project management and stakeholder engagement to drive efficiency, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and business units to ensure sourcing strategies align with enterprise goals and risk management practices.
  • Implement world-class strategic sourcing processes to optimize procurement operations.
  • Plan and execute negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support sourcing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members, including those not directly reporting to you, to ensure high performance and collaboration.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • At least 5 years of experience leading sourcing projects with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience across a broad range of spend categories, including direct, indirect, logistics, and services
