Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Derivatives Military Airbus (DMA) Integration & Test Management specialist—a facilitator who ensures the Test Center operates seamlessly. Your mission will be to orchestrate the means, planning, and requirements necessary for the testing teams to operate successfully. You will be the key figure ensuring that everything, from test bench configuration to aircraft instrumentation, is aligned with Airbus&39; strategy and certification standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Define and harmonize test orders/requests, ensuring the test strategy is consistent with product design and program milestones.
Means & Resource Management: Guarantee that execution personnel have all the necessary means (configured test benches, instrumentation, simulation tools) and the required technical preparation.
Stakeholder Interface: Act as the critical liaison between the Test Center and international customers.
Ensuring Readiness (Ready for Test): Validate that procedures, test cases, and success criteria are fully defined prior to any execution.
Reporting & Certification: Manage the flow of results, validating measurements and ensuring that qualification reports meet certification requirements.
Business Vision: Anticipate bottlenecks in the integration chain and propose improvements to the testing processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a professional with a solid foundation in the aeronautical sector and at least 8 years of experience. You should possess a 360° vision of the aircraft life cycle and a deep understanding of design, manufacturing, and, above all, the preliminary steps required for a test to be valid.
- Education: Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering (or other Engineering fields with a strong track record in the aviation industry).
- Critical Skills:
Ability to engage and negotiate with high-level clients and in multicultural environments.
Solid knowledge of certification and Airbus processes.
Proactive Mindset: You don&39;t wait for things to happen; you make them happen. - Languages:
English: Fluent (C1 preferred).
French: Highly valued (Nice to have) due to interaction with Airbus France. - Soft Skills: Creativity, team spirit, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively and indirectly.
