Role PurposeLead, oversee, design and deliver internal communication and cultural programmes in relation to Human Capital strategy and promote higher levels of engagement among employees at work levels in support of Culture & Engagement strategy for MAG Group.
Key Accountability- Research, create and write engaging content; and edit, proofread, improve and publish content for internal communications via the various channels & platforms.
- Develop, implement, Project manage the development of culture & engagement programmes, events and initiatives in alignment with the Human Capital strategy.
- Provide oversight and monitor the impact of programs and initiatives designed to strengthen the culture and raise the engagement of employees at all work levels across MAG.
- Responsible to provide solution related to execution issues and monitor all enquiries from external or internal parties are addressed on time and accurately.
- Supports and manage the administrative, process and governance aspect of C&E programs and events.
Qualifications & Working ExperienceSkills & Knowledge- Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key representatives from MAB Group.
- Principles and practices of event and project management.
- Speaks good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with great can-do attitude.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e. Word, Excel.
- Ability to leverage knowledge and skills across MAB Group in implementing Corporate Value and the expected Culture.
