Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Application Manager for Security Operations - Sipass to join our Digital for Corporate Services department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing innovative IT solutions for the Facility Management & Real Estate, Corporate Security and Aviation Safety organisations within Airbus. As part of the Digital for FMRE, Security & Safety team, you will be involved in defining the vision and delivering the future IT landscape for the corporate functions of Airbus in a worldwide context.

In an international environment, connected with a wide network of internal customers, in collaboration with multicultural and multifunctional teams accross the world (Security, IM, Procurement, Finance, Divisions, Subsidiaries and Affiliates...) you will be driving the selection, implementing and operations of the of the following types of applications:

• Access Control systems

• Intrusion Detection systems

• Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions

Your tasks and responsibilities will look like:

• Build your own application vision, strategy and roadmap for your applications, design processes and solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders

• Responsible for projects and operations on the portfolio, including communicating timelines, evaluating risks, business cases, problem resolution and delivering releases on agreed timelines and budget

• Manage external resources working on the applications; represent the projects at all levels, support overall Airbus integration and harmonisation 

• Enable new ways of working and collaboration with the business and design solutions fitting the needs of the internal customers

• Leveraging modern approaches to software development (agile, design thinking…) will be essential

• Ensure stable IM operations for the applications group-wide as data integrity is key; comply and support regular internal and external Audits

• Responsible for projects and operations on the portfolio, including communicating timelines, evaluating risks, business cases, problem resolution and delivering releases on agreed timelines and budget of Application

• Collaboration with business stakeholders on application vision, strategy and roadmap for your applications

Your competencies and skills:

• Strong expertise on Application Management

• Demonstrated experience consulting with stakeholders in cross-functional teams to enable the delivery of business-wide strategic initiatives and improvement projects

• Experience with collaborative task management platforms (e.g. JIRA, VersionOne)

• Experience developing new concepts and assessing technical solutions

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Expertise in integration of applications in the Airbus IT system

• Solid Project Management skills, ideally in projects with a high level of uncertainty and/or related to change management within a complex set of stakeholders

• Fluent French and English is mandatory

• French/German is a plus
