THE WORK

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the cross-functional AESA Scalable S-Band Radar organization to manage the AESA teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to efficiently manage issues that impact the AESA product. This includes efficiently managing AESA Production at Moorestown and Clearwater, obsolescence closure, develop and manage metrics, drive production efficiencies, optimize and secure production capacity, ensure supplier viability, and implement cost reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will support the SSR Product Line Manager as a deputy.

Specific job requirements include but are not limited to:
• Support Scalable S-Band Radar Product organization
• Establishing close working relationships with the cross-functional team AESA leadership and capture teams.
• Address Cross-program Scalable S-Band Radar AESA risks and issues
• Develop and exploit Cross-program Scalable S-Band Radar AESA opportunities
• Oversee development of technical Roadmap
• Lead and establish cost and schedule strategies to demonstrate AESA initiatives
• Develop and execute strategies to resolve obsolescence, support production, and optimize production capacity
• Ensure supplier viability and develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining or improving product quality
• Interface with internal and external customers to understand their needs and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement com Scalable S-Band Radar solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results
• Analyze current production and supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration

WHO YOU ARE

As the AESA Scalable S-Band Radar Product Program Manager, you will lead and support establishment of the Scalable S-Band Radar Product Execution team. You will have experience working with internal Program Management customers and leading a program team through establishing an organization change including team building, process development, and driving execution of Product specific scope. You will have experience leading a cross-functional team and deep operations management and supply chain experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Program Management
• Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) processes
• Thorough understanding of Scalable S-band Radar programs
• Experience managing continuous production
• Proven experience in program management, production support, or supply chain management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
