We are hiring for a Test Repair Technician to perform pre-test and final test of EP units. This position is located in our Miramar, FL MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility.

What You Will Do:
- Participate in CORE continuous improvement initiatives and environmental, health, and safety activities.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to test electrical power units, ensuring all product specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
- Perform functional and electrical testing using multimeters and other test equipment; monitor tests, record data, and document results for acceptance or rejection.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices; load and unload equipment in test beds as required.
- Collaborate with supervision, support personnel, and other teams to resolve issues, meet production schedules, and achieve team goals.
- Utilize computer systems such as SAP and Access to enter, retrieve, and manage information for daily activities.
- Demonstrate safe work habits, maintain a neat and orderly work area, and interface with customers, engineers, or auditors as necessary.
- In this position, you are required to lift up to 25 pounds.
- 2nd Shift position: 3pm to 11:30pm, Mon to Fri
- Will train on 1st Shift for roughly 90 days: 7am to 3:30pm, Mon to Fri
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
