Job Description:
Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Air Forces&39; A400M fleet. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on fleet availability and customer satisfaction. You&39;ll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and proactive solutions to keep aircraft flying.
Responsibilities
Playing this position means to be continuously monitoring Air Forces activities related to GSDs (Ground Support Devices) technical incidents reported. To be more precise, this means:
- Customer Support: Act as the primary liaison between our customers and our technical teams. Respond to incidents reported via AMTAC, escalate when necessary, and ensure continuity of operations.
- Proactive Monitoring: Maintain continuous communication with end-customers through weekly meetings and daily check-ins. Anticipate their needs and address any potential issues before they cause delays.
- Provide Assistance to A400M fleets:
- Support AF personnel in troubleshooting of the MDS/PMT Ground tools h/w and s/w.
- Provide guidance to the AF personnel in the usage of the MDS/PMT Ground tools.
- Ensure the appropriate configuration of MDS/PMT Ground tools h/w and s/w (e.g. databases management, batches implementation)
- Supplier Management: Monitor ISS suppliers&39; performance against SLAs, create monthly KPI reports, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve queries and anticipate potential roadblocks.
- Team Collaboration: Foster cohesion among ISS team members, motivating them to deliver top performance, especially under pressure.
- System Management: Oversee the provisioning of new software packages, maintain infrastructure operational condition, and track system performance against SLAs.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement actions to enhance customer satisfaction and ISS profitability. Communicate product updates, improvements, and obsolescence management to the IT Product Manager.

Professional skills

- Experience in MIS (Mission/Maintenance Information Systems)
- IS/IT experience
- SQL and programming background is an important asset
- Ability to work with complex organizational environments: Air Forces, local ADS (Aibus Defence and Space) teams, Central (Getafe) ADS teams from various siglums and external Providers.
