Job Description:

Job Summary: The QA Auditor II maintains compliance of the Repair Station Quality Management System.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains the Quality Management System.

• Performs audits of the facility.

• Produces Repair Station Assessment Reports.

• Collects data, analyzes data, and makes recommendations based on this analysis.

• Performs investigations into incidents and accidents.

• Produces Non-Conforming Reports for Repair Station discrepancies.

• Maintains Repair Station Metrics to support the Aerospace Standards.

• Issues Corrective Action Requests when warranted.

Education and Experience:

• Mechanic Certificate Airframe or Airframe and Powerplant preferred.

• Undergraduate Degree preferred.

• Previous auditor experience.

• ISO auditor training preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent Microsoft skills to include Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Must be able to type 30 words per minute.

• Familiar with Portable Document Formats.

• Excellent writing skills to be able to produce reports without oversight.

Physical Requirements:

• Duties require normal mental and visual attention along with manual coordination for keyboard operations.

• Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.

• Normal office environment where approximately 75 of work is performed in a sitting position with the remaining time walking and moving around the office areas.

• Exposure to noise in hangar and flight line areas.

• Occasional outside local and out of town travel is required involving driving and/or flying.
