We specialize in guiding aspiring aviators through our comprehensive Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot ASEL programs. The Opportunity:
We are making a major investment to bring our maintenance in-house and are seeking a founding Lead A&P Mechanic to build and run this new department. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a first-class shop from the ground up, to your own high standards. You will be a key strategic partner in our success, responsible for the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet of five (and growing) Cessna 172 aircraft. This is your chance to take ownership and have a direct impact on the safety and success of a thriving aviation business.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform and document all scheduled maintenance, including 50-hour and 100-hour inspections.

Expertly diagnose and repair unscheduled airframe and powerplant squawks with speed and precision.

Maintain meticulous, compliant, and professional logbook entries.

Manage parts inventory, sourcing, and vendor relationships.

Collaborate with ownership and the Chief Pilot to maximize fleet availability and ensure uncompromising safety.

Establish and uphold the highest standards of shop organization, safety, and professionalism.
