The Maintenance Worker will perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures. Performs variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing the building. Role Summary:
This role will be in charge of coordinating all calibration activities for the product line/ scope/ site.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage / develop standard operating procedures related to calibration
- Perform scheduled calibrations respecting deadlines on all assembly and test equipment as per QMS rules
- Perform unscheduled calibrations as soon as required by exceptional situation in order to minimize tooling and equipment unavailability
- Contribute to evaluation of impact and action plan for equipment/ tooling outside of pre-set tolerance margins
- Manage archiving of calibration poor?s
- analyse results and formulate recommendations regarding corrective or preventive actions to improve performance
- Coordinate actions around calibration of new tools and equipment introduced in the manufacturing environment and eventually, contribute to evolution of our methodology related to calibration
- Contribute to validation and start-up of new equipment / tooling
Required Qualifications:
- BS in electronic or metrology or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience of calibration and /or diagnostic and maintenance of tools and equipments
- Ability to use simple softwares related to maintenance and calibration
- Root cause analysis and data extraction/ analysis ability in order to formulate recommendations in terms of CAPA
- Good communication skills in local language
- Ability to work without close supervision
