Job Title: Engine TechnicianJob Description
Join our team, where we provide state-of-the-art maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines, modules, and accessories. We are seeking an Engine Technician with specialized experience in Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines. The successful candidate will perform engine overhauls, repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and general maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of M250 Series II, IV, and RR300 engines and modules.
- Troubleshoot engine malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Clean engine components using approved processes and equipment.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools and interpret results.
- Record and document work performed in accordance with FAA and company requirements.
- Ensure that all parts meet airworthiness and serviceability standards.
- Use OEM manuals, service bulletins, and engineering drawings to guide maintenance procedures.
- Participate in engine testing and performance validation as needed.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in mentoring and training junior technicians.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report parts usage.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with engines.
- Advanced technical knowledge in turbine engine disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and reassembly.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- FAA Powerplant Certificate required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Will consider turbine engine mechanics with experience in other turbine engines including Low bypass fan, High bypass fans, Jets, Turbo props.
- Prior experience in a certified MRO facility is highly desirable.
- A&P Highly preferred.
- Basic set of tools.

Work Environment
Work inside an air-conditioned environment. The shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
