JOB OVERVIEW:
Unpack cargo containers, move boxes, repack
cargo containers for distribution and loading
Work in a team environment
Stand on feet all day
Ability to lift 75 pounds
assemble box and break down boxes
Shifts:
Shift: Fri – Mon - Midnight to 10:30am
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must be flexible with shift, will be on one but flexible for any
Shifts change every 3ish months based off plane schedule, usually by 2 hours max.
OT SITUATION:
- Some overtime may be required as business demands
CONTRACT DETAILS:
- Contract to hire, generally hired direct around 18 weeks but exact timeline dictated by attitude & performance

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•No experience needed
•Ability to speak, read and write English, Reports to work on a regular and timely basis
•Able to work Indoor/Outdoor environment in various weather conditions
•Ability to lift 30-70 lbs
•Able to handle a fast-paced environment and have fun
•High school or equivalent (Required)
MISCELLAENOUS Requirement:
- Steel toed Boots required - not composite, not sneakers and must cover the ankle.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
