Position Summary: We are looking for a reactive, dynamic, target oriented and strong analytic person to join the Raw Material Help Desk project (RMHD). Good knowledge of Airbus quality process and experience in market prospection is required. Raw Material Help Desk is the most powerful service in Airbus to support any material disruption.
Essential Functions:
In your role, you will be responsible to …
● Manage requests from SCQMs (registering, challenging information, status monitoring, reporting)
● Improve our distributors/ brokers database worldwide
● Interact with stockists and SCQMs on a regular basis.
● Operational performance for internal activities
● Identifying improvements to the RMHD
Additional Responsibilities:
● Act as RMHD focal point towards MFTs if needed
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
● Experience in Supply Chain Quality or Procurement
● Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer or a related discipline
● Solid professional experience in Information Systems
● Manage internal quality tools as normaster, SMP, Sea Cloud.
● Good knowledge of Airbus standards and Aerospace Raw Material
● Language Skills: fluent English ( French and*or Spanish are a plus)
● Commercial skills are a plus.
● Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
● Strong ability to work under pressure and a changing environment
● Analytic mindset is strongly needed
