At this level, Stock Clerks responsibilities will be:

• Manual dexterity, mechanical skill operating a forklift, plus aptitude for learning to work in a warehouse environment.
• Performs duties related to issuing equipment and receiving of equipment.
• Operating Forklifts/pallet jacks using these to bring in stock from deliveries or when equipment is being issued or turned back in.
• You will conduct function tests on equipment to ensure equipment is working properly.
• This position will also require inputting data to maintain computerized records.
• Receives guidance, as required, from a supervisor or higher-level Technician.

• Security:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must receive a favorable background investigation.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or above of age.
• Must be able to speak and write the English Language proficiently.
• Experience in Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess and continuously maintain a current State Driver’s License.
• Must have Forklift experience.
• Experience working independently with/without direct supervision.
• Must have Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Ability to document, repair, maintenance work, maintain computerized records.

Desired Qualification:

• Preferred area of experience in maintaining military training equipment.
• Warehouse/Depot experience is preferred.
