Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
• Store materials in designated warehouse locations using proper procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Perform labeling, sorting, and packaging of products
• Build boxes and prepare materials for outbound orders

Inventory & Accuracy

• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product details
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors

Material Handling & Equipment

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials
• Pull and rewrap pallets securely after retrieving products
• Ensure materials are stored safely and aisles remain clear

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow all OSHA, company, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Properly handle materials, including hazardous products when required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a warehouse or material handling role
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, and packing
• Ability to use RF scanners or inventory systems
• Forklift and pallet jack experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other shipping systems
• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, or auditing
• Hazmat training or experience handling hazardous materials
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment

• Warehouse setting (non-climate-controlled)
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the day
• Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, loading docks, and active work areas
• Safety-sensitive role requiring attention to procedures and detail
