Tasks
In this role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities aimed at improving our logistics and supply chain operations. Your key tasks will include:
- Prepare and analyze customer order reports to ensure compliance to logistics service level targets
- Work with transportation, warehousing and international trade concepts experts to resolve logistics deficiencies
- Represent logistics during the sales process towards internal and external customers
- Resolve ad hoc logistics complaints for internal/external customers
- Proactively develop and implement logistic solution concepts based on KPI analysis of the Lufthansa Technik supply chain
- Develop reports, analysis and KPI monitoring to measure internal process quality
- Up to 10 of domestic and international travel is required to meet with customers and stakeholders
- Think analytically, creatively and act independently

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Background in supply chain management, material management, industrial engineering or logistics
- General understanding of lean management and process improvement
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PC software (spreadsheets, word processing, databases and presentations)
