Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Monitor transports, resolve delays, and identify root causes
- Serve as logistical single point of contact for requests, tracking, and clarifications
- Actively coordinate and steer internal and external information flow
- Research and provide missing tracking and material data
- Generate daily/weekly transport monitoring and monthly KPI reports
- Support projects with operational expertise and drive process improvements through testing and feedback
- Manage and coordinate project-related mailboxes
- Maintain and update Access database, steer processes, and handle spot quotation tenders
- Ensure supplier monitoring and transparency as per customer nominations

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree in economics, logistics or procurement or relevant job experience
- Excellent command of English, German is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent knowledge in Excel and data tools
- Good knowledge of the global logistics spanet is an advantage
- Diligent, independent and systematic in his or hers approach to work; service oriented
- High degree of problem solving, strategic topic approach and prioritization skills
- Numerical and linguistic aptitude, excellent analytical skills
- Courteous, adaptive to a multi-cultural environment, committed to team results
- Resilient towards professional pressure, willing to work flexible hours
