This position is responsible for coordination of sales orders and work orders internally with different departments. The position liaisons with external customers for retrieval of invoices and necessary paperwork. Responsibilities include timely processing of work orders and sales orders to meet customers expectations and departmental goals. The position works in a team environment and participates in continuous improvements activities. In the receiving function this position acts as liaison between purchasing, production planning, and quality personnel to ensure material requirements are met. Participates in shop floor activities with different functional groups to ensure timely material flow through the receiving and inspection process. Statuses purchase order receipts and bring issues to the attention of management, purchasing, and production planning personnel

Job Requirements:

A.\tInvestigates and resolves work order, purchase order, or inventory related issues working with appropriate functional personnel
B.\tWorks with other personnel in cross-functional process improvement teams for specified tasks assigned by management
C.\tKeeps track, coordinates, and expedites part shortages with other departments
D.\tAnalyzes the backlog/reports/MRP to prioritize orders for processing in timely manner
E.\tReleases Manufacturing Orders for allocation and printing
F.\tPerforms all Logistics related transaction including, creation of bill of lading, commercial invoices, or any other shipping documentation
G.\tCoordinates with internal and external customers to resolve any issues, provide advance notifications, and retrieve invoices or related paperwork
H.\tTracks orders as per Customer Service or any other internal functions requests
I.\tResponsible for accurate and timely transactions of all assigned orders in the system to ensure OTD goals are met.
J.\tTracks departmental KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
K.\tPerforms other duties as assigned
