 Your responsibilities 

• Manage relationships with designated suppliers of goods and services to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets are being achieved.
• Conduct requests for quotation, evaluation, negotiations, and sourcing activities. 
• Raise orders and/or other demand signals accurately and on time to ensure all goods and services are supplied in accordance with customer and company requirements.
• Continuous improvement in Inventory reduction. 
• Accountable for proactive management of exception messages to manage optimum inventory. 
• Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations and company policies and processes. 
• Manage MRP (SAP) system and supply chain performance parameters such as supplier contact information, lead times, minimum order quantities, delivery frequency and schedules.  

Who we are looking for

• Good understanding of MRP systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement 
• Action oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Understanding of urgency and ability to work independently and prioritise duties with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines
• Ability to Identify root cause and problem solving
