Arconic is currently in search of Finance Administrator to join our Finance TEAM based in Springdale, Arkansas.

Job Summary:
The Finance administrator plays a crucial role in the financial operations of an organization by ensuring that all invoices are accurately processed and financial records are maintained meticulously.
This is an in-office position. Start time is 6:00 a.m. Monday-Friday
In this role, you will:
- Processing and Reconciling AP Invoices
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing, reconciliations, follow up with vendors regarding payment questions, follow up with procurement on quantity and pricing discrepancies, reconciliation of Received-Not-Vouchered account.
- Processing 3rd party invoices and 3rd party credits.
- Responsible for generating invoices and processing through to the A/R system. Requires attention to detail and ability to recognize and correct errors. Requires contact with the front end for resolving issues. Credits involve verification of feedback approvals.
- Processing shipments and intercompany transfers to Canadian locations and intercompany sales to international locations.
- Daily Reporting of Billings
- Weekly Payroll Processing
- Responsible for working with departmental managers to correct hourly timeclock punches and validating no errors in the payroll weekly upload. Work with HR for submission of ad hoc payroll corrections and/or reimbursements to our payroll processing team. Submit weekly temp labor reports.
- Support Month-End Close deadlines
- This entails working with shipping team to generate invoices outside of normal working hours on last day of month.
- Assist with additional accounting task and backup as needed
- Backup for scrap and billet invoicing. Main contact for audit questions regarding AP and AR invoices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related area
- Proficient in JD Edwards
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to streamline functions, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle pressure and time constraints
- Available to work additional hours as required for closing (EOM Invoicing)
