This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM), a 70-year-old Program with a long-standing history of Mission Success and of a strong partnership with our Navy Customer! The new Systems Engineer will support D5LE Sustainment for the Support Equipment and Facilities Subsystems (SEFACS) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team.

In this dynamic role you will:
• Act as the spoke and hub team member for the SEFACS team, coordinating requests and support
• Actively participate in tool integration for development efforts
• Support training efforts for new engineers and build out onboarding process
• Coordinate and run engineering review boards, Jira/Confluence integration, and SE&I requests
• Support systems engineering tasking for sustainment projects
• Coordinate with teams to produce metrics
• Coordinate with the IPT managers and leads to support needs
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience performing analysis on tests and research requirements
• Experience with gap analysis for data or requirements
• Experience translating hypothetical requirements into testable methodology
• Experience processing raw data into informational reports for conclusion
• Must be able to work autonomously and drive items to closure

• Computer Networking and infrastructure experience
• Agile methodology experience
• Experience with Jira or other Atlassian tool sets
• Possess strong communication, social, and problem resolution skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
