Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Lead RF board design and development with a focus on L, C, and S band applications
Oversee complex RF PCB layouts, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability
Collaborate with digital design engineers to integrate mixed-signal and RF circuits
Utilize CAD tools for schematic capture, layout reviews, and circuit design optimization
Apply mixed-signal analysis techniques to support performance validation and design iteration
Support research and development (R&D) efforts for next-generation design architectures
Perform circuit card testing, troubleshooting, and detailed schematic analysis
Drive component selection, assembly processes, and system-level design improvements
Lead and mentor design teams through complex project phases, ensuring technical excellence
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field
8+ years of job-related experience (or 6+ years with Master’s degree)
Advanced proficiency with electrical engineering CAD tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics, Altium, Cadence)
Expertise in mixed-signal and RF circuit design, especially in L, C, and S bands
Strong background in PCB design, layout oversight, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting digital-RF integration and system-level testing
Demonstrated success in R&D environments, driving innovation in electronic design
Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor engineering teams
