Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 16 years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing support role.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance.
- Experience working on government or defense contracts (DoD, NASA, etc.) or in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations (e.g., DFARS, MIL-STD, AS9100, ITAR).
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Working Environment:
A fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. Some travel is required, depending upon program requirements. Overtime may be required.
