PURPOSEA Lead Field Engineer is responsible for performing maintenance repairs and installations at customer locations. Implements and monitors data rules serving as the SME for their area while supporting the Data Owner operationally. Guides team members to achieve objectives through leadership clear communication and resource management. Manages site operations ensuring offices are functional overseeing on-site workers and coordinating lease agreements. Ensures necessary parts tools and equipment are available for field engineers while managing software and hardware licensing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESField Service Engineering ? Install and configure equipment or systems at customer sites according to specifications. ? Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment or systems in a timely manner. ? Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance. ? Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. ? Maintain accurate records of installations service visits and repairs. ? Offer on-site technical support addressing customer questions and concerns. ? Adhere to safety protocols during installation maintenance and repair activities. ? Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. ? Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance service quality. ? Site Facility Management ? Oversee the maintenance of the facility ensuring all equipment systems and infrastructure are functioning properly. ? Ensure that the facility complies with safety regulations building codes and environmental laws to maintain a safe working environment. ? Manage the facilitys operational budget including expenditures for maintenance and utilities. ? Oversee space utilization and planning within the facility to ensure efficient use of resources and accommodate the needs of the field service organization. ? Maintain an accurate inventory of facility-related equipment and assets ensuring proper maintenance and replacement schedules. ? Develop and implement emergency preparedness and response plans including fire drills evacuation plans and disaster recovery protocols. ? Plan facility renovation projects ensuring minimal disruption to field service operations. ? Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers for cleaning maintenance security and other facility-related services including the relevant necessary supplies (cleaning products tools & materials for repairs and maintenance).
? Implement sustainability initiatives such as recycling programs and energy-efficient practices. ? Oversee facility security measures including surveillance and alarm systems to protect assets and personnel. Data Steward ? Implement data governance policies defined by the Data Owner and ensure adherence to standards. ? Monitor data quality consistency and compliance on an ongoing basis. ? Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data in their area answering queries and guiding usage. Inventory Management ? Oversee and manage inventory of parts tools and equipment required for field service and define business requirements accordingly. ? Predict future inventory needs based on service demand and usage patterns. ? Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of inventory preventing stockouts. ? Monitor the movement of inventory using inventory management systems to ensure accuracy. ? Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels stock movements usage trends and budget adherence to senior management. Team Lead ? Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive engagement and team productivity. ? Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a fair and constructive manner. ? Ensure clear transparent communication between the team and other stakeholders promoting collaboration and alignment. ? Coach team-members

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE? 3-4 years of experience in installation maintenance and repair of technical equipment or systems including diagnosing and resolving issues. ? Proven experience in inventory management procurement and supply chain operations including working with inventory management systems preferrred ? Hands-on experience in data governance quality monitoring and analytics with knowledge of compliance standards in data management. ? Demonstrated success in leading teams fostering collaboration resolving conflicts and coaching team members. ? Experience managing customer relationships providing technical training and delivering exceptional service. ? Experience producing detailed reports on inventory data metrics and operational updates for senior management.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related discipline. ? Advanced degrees (e.g. MBA Masters in Operations or Engineering) are advantageous for senior positions like Site Facility Manager or Inventory Specialist Certifications ? Relevant certifications in data governance or analytics (e.g. Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Tableau or Power BI certifications). ? Certification in Facility Management (e.g. Certified Facility Manager (CFM)) for Site Facility Manager roles. ? Inventory or supply chain certifications (e.g. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)). ? Safety and compliance certifications such as OSHA Certification or Environmental Compliance. ? Certifications in technical support or field services (e.g. CompTIA certifications Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). ? Leadership or management certifications such as Certified Professional in Management (CPM) or Leadership Development programs.
