We are seeking an experienced F-16 Production Flightline Avionics Tech to join our team in Greenville, SC. As the Production Flightline Avionics, F-16 Technician you will be responsible for installing electrical harnesses and performing operational checks, post modification testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and avionics systems on aircraft. Assist with flight line maintenance as required. Launch and Recovery, Preflight/post-flight inspections/maintenance, and other flightline tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot pre-flight and post-flight issues.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance on F-16 aircraft.
- Launch and recover F-16 aircraft.
- Conduct flight inspections and post-modification troubleshooting.
- Perform duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical areas.
- Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
- Operate related equipment, conduct tests, and report data in the prescribed format.
- Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
- Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions.
