Description: You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Air Frame and Energetics (AF&E) branch. Our team is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and driving affordability opportunities for production suppliers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing key material procurements and managing supplier performance. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our production suppliers, from bid preparation to purchase order execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing supplier cost, schedule, technical performance, and affordability opportunities
• Preparing bid packages, analyzing and evaluating proposals, and preparing purchase orders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive supplier selection and performance

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
• Considered a self-starter
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with team members
Desired Skills:
• Previous experience in Global Supply Chain
• Experience managing production suppliers
• Knowledge of requirements flow-downs
• Experience with risk management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
