Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level) to support 787 Offsite Storage and Reactivation Team based out of San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Collects and assembles data from multiple sources
Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues
Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large, facilitated meetings and events
Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials
Gathers customer requirements for projects
Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan
Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
Plans and coordinates group-level requirements
Maintains and tracks training requirements
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Delivers informational materials
Research and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of meetings/events
Plans and coordinate organizational requirements
Develops and deploys localized training content
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years experience analyzing and interpreting data sets
Bachelor’s degree or higher

Summary Pay Range: $73,950 – 100,050
