You will report directly to our Director Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Pune, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on the success of our global initiatives by leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead and manage global project execution modernization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption phases of Teamcenter, Polarion/DRIM and Rule Stream, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives or projects across various functions to optimize processes and resource utilization.
• Monitor and ensure productivity is realized as per the established plan by analyzing performance metrics, providing feedback, and implementing process improvements as needed. 
• Oversee software deployment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful implementation.
• Foster adoption of new processes and tools within the organization by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to users. 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or equivalent.
• Experience in driving software deployment projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Basic project management skills including scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in managing cross-functional teams and global projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
